Welcome To Jahn Housing & Support
At Jahn Housing & Support, we strive to help the less fortunate, the vulnerable, and the homeless by giving them a helping hand to rebuild their lives. We understand the difficulties of not having a place to reside and believe it is important to support those in need. Our goals are simply to bring a smile to the faces of those who have not received the care and support they deserve.
Who We Are
Our Approach
Our support does not end with the basics. We genuinely want all the less fortunate to be given every opportunity to turn their lives around and regain their independence. We work to establish a personal progression plan with all our tenants, then implement a system of steps to help them achieve their personal goals.
Our Aim
Our aim is to improve the lives of those affected by issues such as drug and alcohol addiction, mental health issues, and learning difficulties. With the help of our experienced support workers, we can assist tenants in achieving their goals, living within the community, rebuilding their confidence, and improving their quality of life.
Our Vision
To consistently provide and deliver the highest standards of housing and support to adults, ensuring they are safeguarded and their individual needs are identified and met. Each of these individuals’ support plans is collaboratively led through consultation, and further informed by extensive support and risk management planning.
Jahn Housing & Support seeks to empower all service users to be placed at the very centre of the support they receive, and furthermore to be encouraged and given the autonomy to shape their support.
